fall club prep

Prep provides elite training, games, and education about Duck systems. Our goal is to prepare athletes to be at their best for tryouts. Prep is open to athletes from any club, and is for all ages and levels. #theduckway

Junior ducks

This is an all skills, beginner to intermediate program, where athletes learn the game and get to play.  Athletes will develop fundamentals, athletic movements and have fun. #juniorducks
