Fall Club Prep

Club Prep sessions provide elite training from our Ducks High Performance coaching staff so athletes can be prepared and at their best for club volleyball tryouts. Club Prep is for 11U-18U male and female athletes, and is open to athletes from any club, with sessions for beginner to advanced players. Training will focus on building a stronger well rounded technical foundation, enhancing tactical knowledge, and understanding of Ducks systems. Training will implement skills through various game situations, and will take place in a positive, collaborative and competitive environment for a much deeper level of learning.

* High coach to athlete ratio to ensure hundreds of meaningful contacts will take place, and appropriate feedback is delivered to each of our athletes.
*Athletes from other clubs are welcome to join, Athlete Release Forms are NOT required
*Age levels are based on 2021 club season of play:

11U (born in 2010)
12U (born in 2009)
13U (born in 2008)
14U (born in 2007)

Registration Information

Steps to complete prior to registration:

  1. Athletes and families are required to fully read and understand our RETURN TO PLAY AND SAFETY PLAN prior to registering in our programs.
  2. Fill out and save INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
  3. Fill out and save HEALTH DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE 
  4. *NEW* Masks are now required at all training. All coaches and athletes must wear a mask at all training sessions

*PRO TIPS – if you are registering from your phone, you can save a screenshot of the filled out and signed form to your images and upload the photo during the reg process

*BEGINNER – We are unable to offer a beginner program for ages 13U + at this time. If we are able to obtain additional gym time, we will do our best to offer beginner programming

Refund Policy

REGULAR REFUND POLICY

The Ducks’ policy is that no refunds will be given once programs have commenced. It is club policy that refunds will ONLY be given under specific extenuating circumstances. Return of the registration fee must be approved by the registrar and will be prorated if the sessions have already begun. Refunds are subject to:

  • a $40 cancellation fee
  • prorated amount, based on the amount of sessions elapsed
  • deduction of unrecoverable costs (ie. facility fees, affiliation fees, equipment, etc.)
  • refunds will not be given for sessions cancelled due to inclement weather or athlete missed sessions

COVID-19 REFUND POLICY

In the event that a program must be shut down due to a confirmed case of Covid-19, participants will receive a pro-rated discount for the remainder of the sessions less unrecoverable costs.

PARTICIPANT FALLS ILL – NO COVID TEST

If an athlete falls ill, our regular Refund policy will take effect. If participant exhibits Covid-19 symptoms, it is imperative they contact 8-1-1 immediately. Please refer to our RETURN TO PLAY page for specific instructions.

No refunds will be given for regular illness, unconfirmed by official Covid-19 test.
